Our in-house engineer, Erik, has gone above and beyond to create the first-ever beef skill on Amazon Alexa - Honest Beef! Erik also happens to be my husband, so there's a chance that marital coercion was involved. 

In any case, we're excited to unveil Honest Beef for Alexa because of the value it will bring to all of you. We've cataloged every single meat cut, where it comes from, and how to cook it. Simply say, "Alexa, open Honest Beef," and she'll speak words that will make your mouth water on the spot. 

Keep in mind that Alexa is still relatively young, and it will take a bit of 'teaching' for her to fully understand that we're talking about beef. She's rarely (if ever) heard the names of many a meat cut, so expect to have to repeat yourself on occasion to get the desired outcome. Speaking clearly and articulately helps her out, we've found. The only way for her to learn and improve is for you all to use her!
